Adult Social Care: Friends and Family Survey

Adult Social Care in Bexley welcome feedback to learn what we are doing well and areas where we need to improve.

We use the Friends and Family Survey to understand what matters most to you, your family members or people that you care for. 

This survey is an opportunity for you to give your views on your interactions with the staff who help arrange your care, provide information and advice or carry out assessments and reviews relating to your care and support needs.
