EASY READ - Customer Experience Survey 2025

Last year, the council wrote the Customer Experience Strategy 2024-2028.

We said we'd do three things for our customers:

  1. provide clear information about what we provide and how you can get them
  2. be clear about what is available to you and if you need to pay
  3. If we cannot provide you with what you need, we will help you find someone who may be able to help

We said we will check every year to see how people think we are doing. Please answer our questions to give your opinions.
