Have your say on smoking
Healthwatch Bexley is conducting this short survey on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley to better understand residents’ smoking habits, including smoking history, quit attempts, triggers, and the kind of support that would help you quit.
It will take around five minutes to complete. Your honest answers will help us create better support and services that fit what residents really need. We know quitting can be tough, so we want to make support as easy and effective as possible for everyone.

Have your say
Your responses will be completely confidential and anonymous, and the information you provide will only be used to improve local health and wellbeing services.
We especially want to hear from residents who may face extra challenges when trying to quit smoking, including those experiencing mental health conditions, living in areas with high deprivation, on low incomes, in social housing, working in routine or manual jobs, unemployed, unpaid carers, those with long-term health conditions, people from ethnic minority groups (including White minority communities), those with substance misuse issues, and anyone who is sick, disabled, or unable to return to work.
The survey will be open until 30 September 2025.
