Have your say on smoking
Healthwatch Bexley is conducting this short survey on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley to better understand residents’ smoking habits, including smoking history, quit attempts, triggers, and the kind of support that would help you quit.
It will take around five minutes to complete. Your honest answers will help us create better support and services that fit what residents really need. We know quitting can be tough, so we want to make support as easy and effective as possible for everyone.
