Most respondents said they do not follow Bexley Police on social media because they were unaware that the police had social media accounts or did not know the usernames to find them. A few mentioned they had simply not thought about it or had never come across the accounts. One respondent noted that the police accounts have little or no activity, suggesting more frequent posting is needed to encourage engagement. Another said they get enough information from other platforms like Nextdoor and one does not use the social media platforms the police are on.
