Prize draw terms and conditions:  

  1. Eligibility: The prize draw is open to all residents of the London borough of Bexley aged 13 or over.  
  2. Employees of the London borough of Bexley, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.  
  3. Entry Period: The survey and prize draw will run <<as stated on the relevant survey>>.  
  4. How to Enter: To be entered into the prize draw participants must <<complete the relevant survey and consent to be entered in the prize draw>>. 
  5. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.  
  6. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place <<as stated on the relevant survey>>. 
  7. Winners will be notified <<as stated on the relevant survey>>.  
  8. Claiming the Prize: Winners must claim their prize by responding to the notification within 7 days. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.  
  9. The London borough of Bexley reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Council's control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Council. The London borough of Bexley accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.  
  10. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.   
  11. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The London borough of Bexley reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.  
  12. Limitation of Liability: the London borough of Bexley will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.  
  13. By participating in the survey and entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
